The Planning Board shall adopt the Plan so as to then submit the same for the consideration of the Governor of Puerto Rico for its final approval and subsequent notification to the Legislature. This Plan shall take effect immediately after its approval by the Governor.
The Planning Board shall conduct a total review of the Plan every ten (10) years after its date of approval.
