As of the effective date of the School Zone Regulations, government agencies and municipalities empowered to issue licenses, authorizations, franchises, concessions, or any other similar permit related to the location, use and operation of businesses, establishments or activities in the school’s surroundings, shall have the obligation of revising the regulations and municipal ordinances in effect, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted thereunder.
