§ 1815. Types of consumer credit insurance; who can contract it

The types of consumer credit insurance defined in § 1814 of this title, may be underwritten in a separate or combined form in individual policies or in collective policies by insurers licensed to contract insurance pursuant to § 402 of this title, as well as by insurers licensed to contract insurance pursuant to § 403 of this title. The Commissioner may prohibit such combinations, through regulations to such effect.
