§ 1315. Establishment of death—True identity of unknown victim proven

If the true identity of a person is proven after the resolution was made to certify the death and it was recorded in the Bureau of Vital Statistics of Puerto Rico as John Doe or Joan [Jane] Doe, the court shall issue the pertinent resolution directing the Secretary of Health to make the corresponding change.
