The fees indicated below shall be paid for the following items with a postal or bank money order or a certified check payable to the Secretary of the Treasury:
Revalidation examination $ 50.00
Reciprocity license $ 50.00
Temporary license $ 50.00
Reexamination $ 50.00
License duplicate $ 15.00
Recertification $ 50.00
Registration $ 50.00
The fees collected by the Board may not be reimbursed and may vary through regulations to that effect.
