A temporary license to practice shall be granted, under the supervision of a physician specialized in pathology, to any person who meets the requirements for taking the revalidation examination established in § 328 of this title and who is in the process of applying for taking the revalidation examination. Said license shall be in effect for one (1) year as of its date of issue and may not be renewed.
