§ 4005. Board meetings; quorum

The Board shall hold its first meeting within thirty (30) days following the date its members are appointed and take office. The Board may hold as many meetings as it may deem necessary, but not less than one per month for the prompt transaction of its functions and duties, after the Chairperson has summoned all members not less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the same.

Three (3) members can constitute quorum to hold any meeting and deal with matters of their competence. The agreements of the Board shall be reached by a majority vote of the members present.
