§ 255f. Integrated work plan

The Board shall submit to the Legislature of Puerto Rico within the ninety (90) days following its composition, an integrated work plan that spans all the efforts to be integrated from all the federal and state agencies for the management of Puerto Rico’s beaches. The Plan shall be submitted in the offices of the Secretaries of the House and Senate, and shall be referred to the pertinent committee in both legislative bodies for the corresponding action.

This integrated work plan shall include, but will not be limited to: the security, beauty, conservation, and adequate use of the resource; infrastructure and development; promulgation of administrative and operational regulations; the use of the available external resources; the necessary steps to avoid the contamination and erosion of beaches; ensure the compliance with the federal and state laws applicable to this resource; study and suggest legislation; fiscal needs and economic alternatives to comply with §§ 255c–255g of this title, and any other necessary action for the same purposes.
