§ 255e. Members—Organization; meetings

(a) In a period of no more that thirty (30) days after the designation, approval, and appointment of its members, the Director shall summon the members of the Board, who shall meet, organize, and establish an internal regulation for its administration, according to the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3.

(b) The Board shall hold one or more regular monthly meetings in a convenient location on the Island on the day or days that the Board chooses. Special meetings may be called by the majority of the members. Notification of all the regular and special meetings shall be given to all the members, and also, to any other person that the members decide to notify.
