§ 8509. Report

The Office of the Management and Budget shall periodically evaluate the extended hours service program in order to determine the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of the services. Furthermore, in coordination with the Central Labor Advisory and Human Resources Administration Office, it shall make recommendations to the Governor regarding the changes needed to adequately attend to the needs of the citizenry. The Office of the Management and Budget shall remit preliminary reports to the heads of agencies with the findings and recommendations that result from their visits to the service centers, who shall take the necessary measures to ensure the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the services during the extended hours of service. No later than January 30 of each year, the Office of Management and Budget shall submit an annual report to the Governor, the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate of Puerto Rico in which the number of users benefiting from the Program, and an evaluation regarding the satisfaction of the clients, the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of the services, shall be detailed.
