The official or employee can review or appeal the determinations of the agency related to the controlled substances detection tests contemplated in this chapter, as provided in §§ 2101 et seq. of this title, known as the “Uniform Administrative Procedure Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico”, or pursuant to the provisions of the organic act of the agency or applicable laws.
