§ 2261. Reports and intervention rights

The Small Businesses Ombudsman shall ensure compliance with this chapter by the agencies and shall submit an annual report, together with the report submitted by the Office of the Ombudsman, to the Governor, the Speaker and the President of the Legislative Bodies, itemizing the activities and expenses of the Office of the Small Businesses Ombudsman, no later than twenty (20) days after the beginning of the regular session.

Furthermore, he/she shall be allowed to participate as amicus curiae in cases filed for judicial review for any of these actions. The Ombudsman may present his/her point of view on compliance of the law, the adequacy of the procedure to draft the regulations, and the impact of the regulations on small entities.

The court may authorize the appearance of the Ombudsman in any judicial action described in the preceding paragraph.
