(a) The Administration may enter into cooperation agreements with Commonwealth and federal government bodies, as well as continue and renew previous agreements, pursuant to the authority conferred in § 933h of this title, and § 203(n) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended.
(b) The Administration’s intent is to continue and update the following cooperation agreements:
(1) Cooperation agreement between the Department of Health, Education and Welfare and the Administration.
(2) Agreement of Participation in the Overseas Property Program.
