§ 4231. Forfeiture and restitution of estate

The estate shall be forfeited and the legal owner may demand its restitution:

(1) By nonpayment of the pension for three (3) consecutive years.

(2) If the emphyteuticary does not comply with the conditions stipulated in the contract or seriously impairs the estate.
