§ 4225. Right of redemption of owners pro indiviso

When the legal or beneficial ownership is vested in several persons pro indiviso, each one of them may make use of the right of redemption subject to the rules established for that of owners in common, preference being given to the legal owner if a part of the beneficial ownership should have been alienated, or to the emphyteuticary if the alienation should have been of the legal ownership.
