In judicial sales of emphyteutic estates, the legal owner and the beneficial one, in their respective cases, may make use of the right of preemption within the period fixed in the notices of the sale at auction, paying the price which may serve as a basis for the auction and that of the redemption within the nine (9) working days following that of the execution of the instrument.
In such case, the previous notice required by § 4220 of this title shall not be necessary.
