§ 4222. Time for redemption after alienation without notice

If the alienation has taken place without the previous notice prescribed in § 4220 of this title, the legal owner, and, in a proper case, the beneficial owner may exercise the action of redemption at any time, until one (1) year has elapsed, to be counted from the day the alienation is entered in the registry of property.
