This chapter shall be adopted both in English and Spanish. If in the interpretation or application of this chapter any conflict arises as between the English and Spanish texts thereof, the English text shall govern. It is recognized that certain terms and phrases used in this chapter are terms and phrases used in English in the context of Title 11 of the U.S. Code.
