None of the provisions of this chapter shall be construed as a limitation of the right of Internet service provider companies, in any modality, to monitor their networks, interact with their subscribers and perform any other action relative to their security system, to repair the system, upgrading the equipment and software and any software which detects or prevents the unauthorized, fraudulent or unlawful use of the Internet access system offered by a provider.
