The owner, administrator or manager of every automotive technical, mechanical, or electromechanical workshop is hereby required to provide its clients with a full invoice, which shall include all the parts and/or accessories installed in every motor vehicle repaired by them, stating in detailed the exact cost thereof, as well as the amount charged for labor performed.
