Any person, firm, company or corporation which by itself or by its servant or agent violates the foregoing provisions of §§ 155—163 of this title, or of the rules and regulations prescribed in pursuance thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be fined not less than twenty [dollars] ($20) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each violation.
