Every natural or [juridical] person engaged, or who might in the future be engaged, in the application of insecticides and/or economic poisons for profit, must have a license for such purpose granted by the Secretary of Health pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. Persons operating such business on the effective date of this act shall be granted 60 days for obtaining said license.
