§ 682. Effect upon existing laws

Any provisions in the Private Corporations Act, Subtitle 1 of Title 14, which may prevent a corporation from organizing for the purpose of engaging in the business of an investment company or from issuing warrants or other rights to subscribe to its securities, are hereby declared inapplicable to investment companies as defined in this chapter.
