§ 234. Enforcement

Any product which violates the provisions of §§ 231—236 of this title shall not be marketed in Puerto Rico. To this end the product shall be seized and suspended, and a label or any other appropriate mark affixed thereto, indicating that the product is falsely labeled and that the same has been suspended or seized, and giving warning in the same label or other appropriate mark, to every interested person, of the fact that such article must not be removed from where it stands, nor disposed of through sale or otherwise, until the label is corrected and the suspension order or seizure revoked, or until otherwise determined by a court.
