When coffee produced in Puerto Rico is not totally used in the processing of any coffee processed in or outside of Puerto Rico, it is prohibited to use in its labeling any design, map, symbol, representation, name, allusion, sigla, abbreviation, letters, word or phrase that might associate it with Puerto Rico or with a product from Puerto Rico, or that may lead the consumer to believe that said coffee is from Puerto Rico, or that establishes similarity with the coffee from Puerto Rico or with the consumer’s preference for Puerto Rican coffee.
