§ 232. Coffee produced in, but processed outside Puerto Rico

The marketing of coffee labeled as of Puerto Rico is hereby forbidden in Puerto Rico, if such coffee was produced in Puerto Rico but was in any manner processed outside of Puerto Rico, unless the label of its container states that such coffee is from Puerto Rico, and immediately below such words it specifies, in letters not less than one-fourth (¼) inch high, that such coffee was processed outside of Puerto Rico, the name of the place where it was processed, and the name and address of whoever in any manner processed it.
