The container of all roasted, ground, or in any manner processed coffee in Puerto Rico shall bear on its label the name and address of the person or entity that roasted, ground, or processed it. When such coffee has been imported to be processed in Puerto Rico, the label on its container must specify, in letters not less than one-fourth (¼) inch high, right below the name and address of the person or entity that processed it, that such coffee is foreign coffee.
