Noncompliance of the restrictive conditions in § 1029 of this title will entail the suspension of the subsidy payments and the beneficiary shall be bound to reimburse the total amount of the subsidy received to the Housing Finance Authority of Puerto Rico, except as otherwise provided for the subsidy reimbursement in case of divorce, and when the property is conveyed within the six (6)-year period, in which case the stated percentages will apply.
