§ 855. Reports

(a) The Corporation shall submit to the Secretary of the Treasury within the term of ninety (90) days counting from the closing of each calendar year the following:

(1) A financial statement certified by a certified public accountant and a complete report on the Corporation’s activities for the previous year, and

(2) a complete report on the state and progress of all its activities from the creation of the Corporation, or from the date of its last report.

(b) The Corporation shall prepare and submit to the Secretary of the Treasury all those reports he requests including a final statement of its accounts. The Corporation shall give an account to the Secretary of the Treasury of all the funds and interest thereon that have been borrowed by the Secretary of the Treasury and which have been advanced by him to the Corporation.
