(a) The third week of the month of October of each year is hereby declared as the “Financial Analysts Week”.
(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico shall issue a proclamation inviting all Puerto Ricans to recognize the valuable work carried out by financial analysts.
(c) A copy of the original proclamation shall be delivered, in parchment form, to the Puerto Rico Financial Analysts Association.
