(a) The third week of the month of May is hereby declared as the “Medical Records Transcribers Week”.
(b) The Secretary of the Department of Health is hereby authorized to solicit the cooperation of the various departments, agencies and instrumentalities of the government in order to celebrate said commemorative week.
