(a) The 21st day of February of each year is hereby declared as Puerto Rico’s Police Day.
(b) On said day there shall be honored publicly all active, retired or deceased members of the Police of Puerto Rico by using every means of communications available.
(c) The Police Superintendent shall take the pertinent actions so that in all the teaching centers our youth be oriented towards the work which has been done and is being done by the Police of Puerto Rico; and shall invite all institutions that he may deem convenient, to join in the celebration of this day.
