§ 199. Transportation of passengers in motor vehicles not designated therefor—Application to Commonwealth and municipalities

The provisions of §§ 197—200 of this title shall be applicable to the Commonwealth, to the agencies and instrumentalities thereof, to the municipal governments, and to the Government of the Capital.
