The Board shall render an annual report to the Governor of Puerto Rico and the Legislature, through the Secretary of the Department of Transportation and Public Works, on the work performed by the Board with the recommendations deemed pertinent and necessary with regard to improving the integral transportation systems in Puerto Rico.
