The Puerto Rico Advisory Board on Transportation shall be charged with advising the Secretary of the Department of Transportation and Public Works in the determination of the policy related to the transportation services. It shall serve as an effective instrument to improve the coordination among the various Commonwealth agencies involved in the area of transportation.
