§ 3101. Powers of other agencies

Nothing herein contained shall be understood to alter or limit the powers of the Puerto Rico Planning Board provided by law with regard to the highways or the buildings close thereto or the rights conferred to the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority by §§ 141—161 of Title 22, and to the Puerto Rico Water Resources Authority by §§ 191—217 of Title 22.
