The above listed parcels are classified as industrial parcels and contain graphite deposits; therefore, they are not suitable for agricultural activity or shall be partially divided upon delimiting the area or devoted to other purposes.
The parcels stated in this section shall not be subject to the prohibition established in § 1912 of this title.
