§ 854a. Incentives—Other funds; obligations

The funds appropriated to the Agricultural Services Administration by subsections (g) and (h) of § 1 of Joint Resolution No. 13 of May 20, 1966, may be used in whole or in part to supplement the items appropriated by subsection (b) of § 854 of this title. Likewise and in addition to the appropriation provided in subsection (b)(1) of said § 854, the Agricultural Services Administration is hereby authorized to incur obligations up to the sum of one million dollars ($1,000,000) to be used for the same purpose set forth in the said subsection (b)(1). The sum of one million dollars ($1,000,000) is hereby appropriated from unencumbered funds in the Commonwealth treasury to the Agricultural Services Administration, to be effective July 1, 1968, to pay obligations contracted under the authorization granted by this section.
