The Secretary of Agriculture is hereby authorized to enter into agreements with the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States or his representatives for continuing the campaign for the eradication of bovine tuberculosis in the cattle of Puerto Rico, as well as to carry out the campaign for the eradication of contagious abortion (Bang’s disease).
