§ 672. Acquisition of real and personal property—University as instrumentality of Commonwealth

For the purposes of §§ 670—675 of this title and of §§ 2901—2913 of Title 32, the status of the University of Puerto Rico as an instrumentality or agency of the Commonwealth is ratified; and even in cases where such ratification may be denied, it is decreed that, for the purposes of §§ 670—675 of this title and of §§ 2901—2913 of Title 32, the University of Puerto Rico shall be considered as an instrumentality or agency of the Commonwealth; and for the purposes of §§ 670—675 of this title the property whose expropriation is hereby authorized is also declared of public utility.
