Section 65-2923 - Dry needling; requirements to practice; rules and regulations(a) The board shall adopt rules and regulations establishing minimum education and training requirements for the practice of dry needling by a licensed physical therapist, including a physical therapist licensed in a home state and practicing in this state under the physical therapy licensure compact.(b) This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the physical therapy practice act.Amended by L. 2021, ch. 100,§ 7, eff. 7/1/2021.Added by L. 2016, ch. 92,§ 31, eff. 7/1/2016.
