Section 27-7-18-6 - "Health insurer"

As used in this chapter, "health insurer" means:

(1) an insurer that issues policies of accident and sickness insurance (as defined in IC 27-8-5-1); or

(2) a health maintenance organization (as defined in IC 27-13-1-19).
