Section 27-7-18-5 - "Dental service"(a) As used in this chapter, "dental service" means any service provided by a dentist within the scope of the dentist's licensure under IC 25-14.(b) The term does not include a service delivered by a provider that is billed as a medical expense.Added by P.L. 17-2024,SEC. 19, eff. 7/1/2024.
