Section 25-31.5-5-2 - Prima facie evidence of rights and privileges

The issuance of a registration certificate to a professional soil scientist by the board is prima facie evidence that the individual named on the certificate is entitled to all rights and privileges of a registered professional soil scientist while the certificate remains in force.
