Section 25-31.5-5-1 - Registration certificates(a) Upon receipt of the registration fee required by IC 25-31.5-4-10, the board shall issue a registration certificate to an applicant who, in the opinion of the board, satisfies all the requirements for registration under IC 25-31.5-4.(b) Each certificate must show the full name of the board.As added by P.L. 244-2001, SEC.1.
