Section 25-23.5-0.5-1 - Exempting practice of other occupations and professions

This article does not apply to the practice of an occupation or a profession for which an individual is licensed, certified, or registered in Indiana by a state agency if the individual is practicing within the scope of the individual's license, certificate, or registration.
