Ind. Code § 22-9-10-8

Section 22-9-10-8 - "Veteran"

As used in this chapter, "veteran" means:

(1) a veteran of the armed forces of the United States;

(2) a member of the Indiana National Guard; or

(3) a member of a reserve component.
