Section 12-15-33-4 - Expiration of term; designation of successor(a) Subject to subsection (b), an appointment to the commission expires in accordance with section 5 of this chapter, but a member serves until the member's successor is designated.(b) A member of the commission serves at the pleasure of the appointing authority who appointed the member to the commission.(c) A member of the commission may be reappointed to successive terms.(d) A vacancy on the commission shall be filled by the appropriate appointing authority.
