Section 10-16-7-2.5 - "Qualified member"(a) As used in this chapter, "qualified member" refers to a member of the Indiana National Guard or a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States who is: (1) a state employee; and(2) called to active duty (as defined by section 23(a) of this chapter).(b) The term includes a full-time or part-time state employee.
