Section 10-16-7-2 - "Member"(a) As used in section 5 of this chapter, "member" refers to the following:(1) A member of the Indiana national guard.(2) A member of a reserve component.(3) A member of the retired personnel of the naval, air, or ground forces of the United States.(b) The term includes a qualified member.Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-2-4-3(b).
